New

Brand New: The product is factory-sealed and unopened, with all documents and accessories included in the packaging. ThinkVine provides a one-year warranty service.

Surplus

Over 2 Years Old: The product is factory-sealed and unopened, with all documents and accessories included in the packaging. ThinkVine provides a one-year warranty service.

U or R

Used or Refurbished: The product may have secondary packaging. ThinkVine provides a six-month warranty service.

Shopping Guide

In our online store, you can easily shop for industrial automation products from multiple internationally renowned brands. To help you enjoy more attractive prices and offers, we recommend that you contact us directly to inquire about the latest promotions. Even if you choose to place an order directly through the shopping cart, we will apply the discounted price by default and promptly send you a proforma invoice, clearly stating the updated product prices and estimated delivery times.

If some products are temporarily out of stock, don’t worry. We will immediately place an order with the manufacturer to restock. The specific delivery time will depend on the manufacturer’s inventory or production cycle, and we will continuously follow up and provide you with timely progress updates.

After adding products to the cart, the system will automatically display a cart summary window for you to review the selected items. In this window, you can choose to continue shopping, submit your order, or close the window and browse other products.

Payment Instructions

To ensure the smooth completion of your transaction, we offer several convenient payment methods. Please choose the one that best suits your needs:

1. Bank Transfer

You can choose to pay via bank transfer. After confirming your order and receiving our quotation, please transfer the payment to the bank account we specify. The account details will be provided via email or the order confirmation page. Bank transfers typically take 1-3 business days to process, so please ensure that you provide the correct bank account information when making the payment.

2. Credit or Debit Card Payment

We accept payments through major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can select the credit card payment option during checkout and follow the prompts to complete the transaction. Credit card payments are convenient and typically processed immediately after confirmation.

3. PayPal

We also offer PayPal as a payment option. If you choose to pay via PayPal, simply select this option at checkout and log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment. 4. Alipay

To accommodate our customers in China, we support payments through Alipay. During checkout, select the Alipay payment option, and the system will generate a QR code or link for you to use Alipay to complete the payment. Once the payment is confirmed, we will proceed with processing your order.

5. WeChat Pay

We also offer WeChat Pay, available for customers in China and some other regions. You can select WeChat Pay at checkout, scan the QR code, or complete the payment directly through WeChat. Once the payment is confirmed, we will promptly process your order.

Our Shipping

Once we receive your order and payment, we typically require about 3 working days to complete packaging and shipment preparation. Our customer service team will confirm the exact timing with you. We select the most suitable shipping method based on your region and will provide tracking information once the package is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its delivery status in real time.

Shipping Options

We primarily ship via internationally recognized carriers such as DHL and UPS to ensure fast global delivery.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows:

  • Asia: Approximately 3–5 working days

  • Europe / North America: Approximately 5–7 working days

  • South America / Africa / Other Regions: Approximately 7–10 working days

Taxes & Duties

Our default shipping model is close to DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Tax and customs policies are as follows:

After-Sales Policy

At ThinkVine, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every order. Both individual and business customers may return products under the following conditions and timeframes:

Return Categories

We accept product returns under three specific categories:

Returns for Product Malfunction Within Warranty Period

  • Coverage:

    • New and Surplus products: 12-month warranty

    • Used (U) and Refurbished (R) products: 6-month warranty

  • Conditions:

    • The return request must be submitted within the valid warranty period.

    • Return shipping costs will be covered by ThinkVine.

  • Process: Products will be inspected upon return. Replacements or repairs will be provided accordingly.

14-Day No-Reason Return

  • Coverage:

    • Applies to all products if the return request is made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns for Damaged or Defective Appearance

  • Coverage:

    • If the product arrives with visible physical damage or defect, a return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Conditions:

    • The issue must be reported promptly and documented with photos.

    • After verification by ThinkVine, the return will be accepted and shipping costs will be covered by ThinkVine.
